Responsibilities
Draft estate planning documents (trusts, wills, powers of attorney, etc.)
Manage estate planning workflow and client status reports
Assist attorneys during client meetings
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of estate planning experience
Experience with fiduciary accounting or income tax returns is a plus
Proficient in GEMS software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Paralegal certificate or Florida Registered Paralegal preferred
