Associate Director – Head of USA at Interlink Talent Solutions
A California based law firm is hiring a seasoned Trusts & Estates attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department. This role is for someone who knows their way around complex estate planning for high net worth clients and can handle trust administration without missing a beat.
What we need:
Deep expertise in trust administration and estate planning for affluent individuals and families.
Strong drafting skills across a range of estate planning documents—revocable and irrevocable trusts included.
Exceptional academic track record and sharp communication skills.
California Bar admission is a must.
LL.M. in Taxation and large law firm experience? Big plus.
Compensation:
Base salary ranges from $275k to $300k.
Associates who meet minimum performance standards (1900 billable hours) can expect total compensation around $425k, including a discretionary bonus.
Bonus opportunities increase with higher billable hours and originations.
