A well-regarded law firm in Buffalo is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join its growing Private Client practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who thrives in estate planning and wants to work closely with high net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on sophisticated, multigenerational, and cross-border strategies.
What You’ll **
Advise clients on all aspects of estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust and estate administration.
Design and implement personalized planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and non-profit leaders.
Support cross-border planning needs, where applicable.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver well-rounded solutions that integrate tax, corporate, and real estate considerations.
What You *
At least 5 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration, preferably in a law firm setting.
Background working with high-net-worth individuals and complex wealth structures.
Experience with cross-border estate planning is a plus.
JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York (or ability to waive in).
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
