What You’ll Do
Estate & Tax Planning– Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies, including wealth preservation, tax minimization, and trust structuring.
Trust & Estate Administration– Handle probate proceedings, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
Complex Transactions– Draft and negotiate wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents while addressing unique client needs.
Client Representation– Provide tailored legal solutions to individuals, families, and business owners, working closely with financial advisors and tax professionals.
Litigation Support– Assist in estate and trust disputes, including contested wills, fiduciary duty claims, and tax controversies.
Who You Are
✔ 5+ years of experience in Trust and Estate planning.
✔ Active NY law license (CT is a plus)
