Trust & Estates Attorney
Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a dedicated and motivated attorney admitted to New Jersey with significant experience in Estate Planning and Estate Administration of complex estates. Lateral attorneys or solo practitioners with an existing book of business is a plus.
The position will be based in Hackensack, NJ.
Educational/Experience Requirements
JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.
Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey
Tax, special needs planning and elder law experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.
Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and multi-task required.
Salary ***** 150-200k depending on experience, actual salary will be commensurate with the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.
