A growing Trust & Estate boutique law firm in Miami, currently hiring a Senior Associate or Partner to join their team!

Salary: $150,000 – $300,000 per year
About Us
We’re a Trusts & Estates boutique law firm in South Miami. We’re looking for a Senior Associate or Partner with some transferrable business.

Qualifications
5+ years of trusts and estate planning experience
Gift and estate tax experience
In-depth understanding of estate planning and trust & estate administration
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple cases
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Estate & Trust tax knowledge
LLM and transferrable book are a plus
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand needs
Prepare estate planning documents
Draft, review, and interpret trusts and legal documents
Research legal and tax issues related to estate planning
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and attorneys
