Responsibilities:
1800 billable hour requirement
Helping clients accomplish their tax, estate, and business planning goals with trusts and related structures
Working on the intricacies of wealth planning; poised to litigate the most contentious trust and estate disputes
Working on matters such as estate planning, trust & estates disputes, wealth planning, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
4+ years experience as a minimum
Ideal experience would be estate planning, estate administration, and probate experience
Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, with participation in Law Review or Journals being desirable
Certifications:
Candidate must be admitted and able to practice in Illinois
