Do you have the following experience:
5+ years of business litigation experience
Experience with case management of large cases
Experience with Trial Preparation and Attendance at Trial
Responding to discovery request.
Experience with e-discovery databases
Billing Time
Must be able to work Overtime
Must be able to travel
Bachelor’s Degree is Required
