Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a full time 1st-3rd year associate to work in our Newark, CA office and to grow with the firm. Compensation will depend on experience.
Job Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice in the state of California and be in good standing with the State Bar of California
Areas of practice: Civil, Family, Business
Maintain confidentiality of all records
Ability to work well independently and with team members
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office or cloud-based filing systems
Strong organization and time management skills
Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
1 to 3 years of legal experience preferred
Job Duties:
Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, etc.
Attend hearings, research issues, and correspond with clients
Attend court sessions and depositions on time
