We are seeking an accomplished Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our growing team. Full-time is preferred.
This is an opportunity for a proven litigator who wants to take ownership of significant cases, try cases, and be rewarded for strong results.
​​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead personal injury cases from litigation through trial and verdict
- Handle depositions, discovery, motions, experts, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Negotiate aggressively with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Manage high-exposure and seven-figure cases
- Handle matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking/commercial vehicles, premises liability, and municipal liability
- Work closely with an experienced team of attorneys and paralegals
​​Qualifications:
- Active NJ and/or NY Bar required
- Proven plaintiff personal injury trial experience
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Ability to independently manage complex cases
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
