A highly successful personal injury law firm located in Plymouth Meeting, PA has partnered with Craig Bradford Associates in their search for a Trial Attorney.
The ideal candidate must want to independently handle a case load and try cases throughout Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will have experience in handling medical malpractice and/or nursing home cases and possess a drive to work on complex cases from investigation to trial. This is not a litigation attorney position. We are seeking a Trial Attorney.
As a Trial Attorney you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned attorneys while developing your skills and expertise in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law and litigation, either on the plaintiff or defense side. Candidates must be able to handle a challenging case load from pleadings through trial, be well organized and personable with the ability to travel state-wide and to surrounding areas.
Overview of Desired Skills & *****
J.D. in Law from an accredited College or University
Licensed in PA is required, NJ license a plus
Knowledge of personal injury law, as well as state laws and regulations as they apply to the area of expertise
Medical malpractice experience.
Must be able to handle a challenging case load from pleadings through trial.
Ability to multitask and complete assignments with conflicting deadlines
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
Desire and ability to contribute as an individual and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to travel throughout PA and surrounding states, as necessary.
Highly proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems with ease.
