Duties
:
Conduct client consultations, assess cases, and offer strategic guidance Independently manage all phases of litigation, from case preparation to final resolution Lead depositions, perform legal research, and prepare for hearings Represent clients in court proceedings with a high level of
professionalism
and expertise Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and achieve client goals Provide compassionate and effective representation for members of the military community Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a background in family law Demonstrated ability to handle cases autonomously from start to finish Strong courtroom presence and thorough understanding of trial procedures
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in Maryland and/or Virginia
Skills:
Proficient in legal research and case strategy development Exceptional written and verbal
communication
abilities Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and
