Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all stages of commercial litigation cases, starting from initial consultation through trial and appeal.
Formulate and execute strategic litigation strategies to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Perform comprehensive legal research and create persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations effectively.
Work closely with clients to offer precise legal counsel and keep them informed about case developments.
Provide guidance and support to junior attorneys while contributing to the firm’s knowledge base.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Experienced Trial Attorney position in Dallas, TX, US should hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
The candidate must have an active membership in the Texas State Bar to qualify for this role.
A minimum of 5 years of trial experience in commercial litigation is required for this position.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex cases with minimal supervision is a key qualification.
