Trial Attorney – Labor Law Experience
Location:
New York City
An established New York City insurance, construction, personal injury, labor, and employment defense firm, is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with labor law expertise. With offices in NYC, this is a unique opportunity for attorneys to make an immediate and significant impact on the firm, the team, and their clients.
Our attorneys are highly skilled litigators, offering expertise in sophisticated construction and labor law litigation, general liability, insurance coverage, products liability, and appellate practice. Responsibilities:
Manage and litigate complex labor law, premises liability, and construction defect cases from inception through trial in the New York Metropolitan area.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
Conduct legal research, case analysis, and strategic trial preparation.
Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction law, insurance law, labor law, and personal injury litigation.
Admission to the New York Bar required; admission in NJ and/or CT is a plus.
Extensive experience handling New York Labor Law litigation matters in State court (Federal court experience is a plus).
Proven ability to manage complex litigation from inception to trial.
