environment. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to
join our team
and handle cases from pre-litigation through trial.
Responsibilities :
Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.
Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as necessary.
Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
Work collaboratively with legal staff, paralegals, and case managers to ensure efficient case handling.
Stay updated on Florida personal injury laws and legal trends affecting case strategies.
Requirements :
Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Minimum of 5 trials while sitting 1st chair. (Preferred)
Strong trial
advocacy
skills and courtroom experience.
Excellent negotiation, research, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
