What does a day as a Legal Clerk look like?
As a member of the Legal team, you may perform a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating the legal workflow and contract lifecycle processes
Participating in record and funds production requests
Providing administrative support for the legal team
Organizing and maintaining legal records
Communicating with members and/or legal professionals
What is the schedule? Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this.
Does your skillset and experience line up? For this role, we are looking for someone who has:
A high school diploma or equivalent
6 months or more of related experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
A high attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and adhere to strict confidentiality
