Certified Mobile Notary Service ((Use the “Apply for this Job” box below).) is a leading provider of mobile notary signing services, dedicated to exceptional convenience and efficiency. We specialize in facilitating on-the-go notarial services, ensuring accessibility and reliability. Currently, we seek an On-the-Go Document Witness to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Witness the signing of various legal documents, such as wills, contracts, and affidavits, by verifying the parties’ identities and witnessing signatures, ensuring document authenticity and validity.
Travel to clients’ locations, like homes, hospitals, or offices, to facilitate notarization for documents such as real estate transactions, loan documents, and powers of attorney.
Verify identities, witness signatures, and certify documents in compliance with laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
Notary Public commission. Additional training and certification may be necessary depending on jurisdiction, covering notarial procedures, document handling, and legal requirements specific to mobile notarization.
Understanding of acceptable forms of identification, proper notarial procedures, and specific document requirements.
Proficiency with relevant software and hardware, including secure handling of electronic documents and maintaining client confidentiality.
Liability insurance is recommended for added legal protection.
Courteous, patient, and able to address clients’ questions about the notarization process.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality when handling documents and appointments.
