The Practice Manager is a key member of the management team. The Practice Administrator provides operational oversight of all the practice offices within West Georgia Cardiology Associates. The Practice Administrator will develop, implement, and manage patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations. The Practice Administrator will advise CEO ,COO, and staff on administrative and operational matters. The Practice Administrator will work with the Office Manager to meet the needs of the Practice, patients, providers, and ancillary units, as well as enhance the growth and quality of West Georgia Cardiology Associates. The Practice Administrator will interact with all entities, applying particular skills and knowledge to effectively perform the duties of a Practice Administrator.

· Keeps the confidence of Providers, Administrators, staff, and patients

Managing and directing the office daily operations and programs

· Develop innovative approaches to process improvement in the Practice

· Ensure payroll functions are completed by assigned managers or staff

· Supports Office Manager in managing day to day clinic operations

· Ensure office maintains compliance with HIPPA and OSHA standards

· Develops benchmarks to compare Best Practices and Standards

· Maintaining the Schedule of Providers and Oncall Schedules

Overseeing the office human resources to include recruitment, coaching and counseling, and employee development

· Develop policies and procedures for Practice

· Coach mentor and support staff members

· Monitor employee morale

· Credentialing of New Providers

· Maintenance of Provider/Physician Licenses, Malpractice, CAQH, Recredentialing

· Oversee bi-weekly payroll completed by Office Coordinator

· Coordinate Staff, Provider, and Financial Meetings in conjunction with Office Manager

Managing the financial performance of the office/Overseeing the office billing performance

· Analyze operational reports, expense and revenue, and other measures to ensure operational quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness of Practice

· Devise strategies to effectively handle all AR issues

· Collaborate with accountant to manage budget for Practice, maintaining overhead expenditures

· Monitor the billing process

· Complete Monthly bank reconciliation of all bank accounts as well as Petty Cash

Developing and coordinating marketing programs

· Maintaining contacts with outside vendors and other leaders within the industry, using a high level of diplomacy

· Facilitate partnership agreements, working with attorneys and accountants

· Participate in, organize, and oversee Community Projects

· Collaborate with the Rouse Foundation on events

Risk Management (in conjunction with Practice Administrator)

· Periodic Performance Improvement/Quality Review surveys of patient records to ensure documentation is appropriate, complete, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

· Implement a risk management plan to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors, including plans for disaster response and recovery

· Supervise policies and procedures to manage the impact of adverse legal events

· Constantly look for ways to streamline office systems and ensure accountability

· Oversees credentialing of providers and ancillary service clinicians

· Manages the financial operations of Jireh CDR

· Responsible for collecting monies from Zadell Car Wash

· Maintains Dr. Rouse schedule of events and meetings

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
