Responsibilities
Lead and manage transformational initiatives to drive organizational change and achieve strategic objectives.
Develop, execute, and monitor project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and alignment with business strategy.

Requirement
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing business process improvement project.
Proficiency in Business Process Mapping and Design, from high-level to granular detail.
Expertise in Business Process Improvement methodologies, particularly Lean Six Sigma (including BPM Framework, DMAIC, RACI Matrix, Context Diagram).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
