Transactional Attorney
A leading global law firm is seeking a transactional attorney to join its growing Construction practice.
This is an opportunity for an attorney with real estate, construction, or commercial transactional experience to work on sophisticated development and infrastructure projects. Construction experience is helpful, but not required.
The Role
Work directly with experienced partners and clients on:
- Construction, design, development, design-build, and EPC agreements
- AIA and other industry-standard contracts
- Real estate development and construction transactions
- Project structuring, risk allocation, and due diligence
- Practical counseling throughout the life of a project
The work sits at the intersection of real estate, construction, finance, and commercial strategy—and is directly connected to getting complex projects built.
Ideal Profile
- 2+ years of transactional legal experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience involving real estate, construction, development, finance, or commercial agreements
- Practical, business-minded approach
- Licensed and in good standing
Prior construction experience is not required. This is a strong opportunity to develop a specialized and highly marketable transactional practice within a sophisticated global platform.
