Our client, a boutique law firm, is seeking a Transactional Associate (2–3 years of experience) to join its growing New York office.

The role offers direct client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated transactions in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements involving media, technology, and intellectual property.
- Advise on film, television, podcast, and live entertainment productions.
- Support transactions involving digital media, content creators, and influencer partnerships.
- Work directly with partners and clients on complex commercial matters.
- Build strong client relationships while managing multiple matters across a diverse practice.
