HERACLES Group, Greece’s leading company in the field of building materials and a member of Holcim, is seeking to cover the position of Trainee Lawyer for our Headquarters at Lykovrysi.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting the Legal Department in the daily legal operations of the Group and its affiliated companies.
- Assisting in the drafting, review, and management of commercial agreements, corporate documents, and legal correspondence.
- Conducting legal research on commercial, civil, and corporate law matters.
- Monitoring legal documentation and maintaining organized legal records and databases.
- Assisting with compliance, regulatory, and administrative procedures related to the company’s business activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work and adapt in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and strong team spirit.
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 12 months remaining to complete their legal traineeship period.
