Responsibilities:
- Drafting Legal Documents: including contracts, legal memos, ensuring they comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
- Cases Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing legal cases to determine the most appropriate legal course of action and provide recommendations to the team on potential procedures.
- Supporting the Legal Team: Assisting in preparing legal consultations for clients and supporting in resolving disputes in an effective manner.
- Preparing for Hearings and Pleadings: assisting in the preparation of necessary documents for court hearings and prepare briefs and pleadings to be presented in court.
- Legal Research: Conducting in-depth legal research on relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with legal and jurisprudential developments.
- Client representation before courts and competent authorities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent drafting and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interest in developing legal knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Can demonstrate a keen interest and enthusiasm to learn about our clients' business.
