ORBYT-GLOBAL S.A. based in Piraeus seeks for an entry level lawyer (trainee or junior lawyer) who will join our Legal Department, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.

Responsibilities:
· Assist or handle day-to-day operations of the legal department
· Review and draft legal documents and commercial contracts
· Draft corporate resolutions and handle corporate booking
· Conduct legal research in various aspects of law, including corporate, commercial and employment law
· Cooperate closely and provide legal consultation to the company’s departments
Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in law
· Trainee lawyer or 1-2 years of experience with a law firm or corporate environment
· a master’s degree (LL.M.) (in fields related to Commercial, Corporate or Intellectual Property law) will be considered a plus
· Fluency in both written and spoken English
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Organizational and time management skills, ability to work to deadlines
