The Role:
Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with strong time management skills and a commitment to client care. Responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors
Handling freehold acquisitions/disposals
Drafting simple transfers
Conducting due diligence and managing risk assessments
Managing file openings, searches, and post-completion formalities
Preparing reports, contracts, and insurance documents
Ensuring balance clearance and file closures
Key Responsibilities:
Providing client services and developing new business
Expanding the Commercial Property Department
Meeting fee income targets and staying updated on legal changes
Managing financial control and accurate time recording
Delivering high-quality fee-earning work in line with company procedures
