About the role
Undertake a 1-year fixed term training programme with our regulatory team under the supervision and training of seasoned lawyers. Following completion of your training, you will be able to qualify as a lawyer in Cyprus, subject to other requirements of the Cyprus Bar Association.
We regularly advise and act for industry leaders in areas such as banking, financial services, insurance, fintech and crypto-assets. Our clients include some of the world’s largest banks, investment firms and technology companies.
By participating in our training programme, you will have the opportunity to work with the team on some of the most interesting and complex work in Cyprus in the field of financial regulation.

Required qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Strong academic background: A university degree in law with excellent academic results. A Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) will also be accepted. A Master’s Degree and/or LPC shall be considered as an additional advantage.
Fluency in English and Greek: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Passion for law and finance: Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for the legal profession as well as the global financial markets.
Analytical skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex legal issues.
Strong personality and a quick learner: Ability to adapt quickly and handle responsibilities confidently.
Team player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work under pressure: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
