Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a New York City business law boutique firm in their search for a mid-level litigation associate attorney. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in the State of New York, located in the New York Metro area and meet the following requirements:
At least three years of prior commercial or business litigation experience.
Experience assisting with or managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and preparing for and attending hearings, mediation and trial.
Strong academic credentials and prior experience working in either a litigation boutique law firm or mid to large law firm setting are preferred.
Ability to work in the firm’s midtown Manhattan office on a hybrid basis.
Firm offers a collegial environment, with an opportunity to develop trial skills and be provided with training and mentorship.

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
