Job Title: Trademark Paralegal
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Trademark Paralegal to provide administrative support to our trademark team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative services to the trade mark team, including dealing with national, international, and EU trade mark and design applications, renewals, and recordal.
Serve as a point of contact for client enquiries, portraying a professional and customer-centric attitude.
Work with tight deadlines to meet the needs of intellectual property offices, overseas law firms/trade mark attorneys, internal, and external clients.
Requirements:
Experience in trade mark formalities and administration activities within a large team environment servicing multi-national trade mark portfolios.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Successful completion of the CITMA Administrator examination or alternative equivalent legal para-professional training track.
Strong technical document management skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, confidence, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential matters.
