Trademark Attorney – 5+ Years of Experience
Our client is a major international firm seeking a trademark associate for its Intellectual Property practice in New York, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Menlo Park. The salary range for this position is between $280k to $350k.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of significant brand management experience, including managing large global trademark portfolios and developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs.
- Extensive experience in conducting and managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance.
- Experience handling TTAB proceedings is a plus but not required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
