Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate with 2-6 years of experience for its Washington, DC, Alexandria, VA, Pittsburgh, Tampa, and King of Prussia offices. The salary range for this position is between $200k to $250k.
Qualifications
2-6 years of trademark prosecution and enforcement experience, including trademark registration, branding, enforcement, and litigation within a range of industries.
Experience managing trademark registrations from inception to registration.
Conducting trademark searches and preparing and filing applications with the USPTO.
Preparing responses to Office Actions and developing global trademark portfolio strategies.
Prosecuting international trademark applications and coordinating global trademark enforcement efforts.
Prepare pleadings and supporting discovery efforts in litigation matters.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues.
Strong academic credentials.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
