This Trade Mark Attorney position is a newly created role within the team, reflecting the practices
growth trajectory
, and will encompass a broad range of responsibilities across transactional, advisory, and contentious matters. Experience required: A background in a well-regarded trade mark practice Be a qualified trade mark attorney (ideally NQ – 2
PQE); A relevant university qualification – law degree (or related), or post-graduate qualification in a related field;
Strong
client relationship
and business development skills;
Ability to provide practical, clear advice. Excellent
communication skills
. Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
