In this position, you will provide vital legal and regulatory support for IPOs and advise on equity capital markets transactions. With over 5 years of experience, especially post-qualification, you will draft, review, and negotiate essential documentation while collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful transaction execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on structuring, documentation, and compliance for IPOs
• Draft and negotiate underwriting agreements and prospectuses

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in equity capital markets
• Minimum 3 years PQE from a relevant law firm or institution
• Familiarity with the IPO process and Canadian regulations
• Strong understanding of securities laws and credit ratings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
