TMT Legal Counsel Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Taylor Root
CLIENT :
Our client is a progressive technology-based corporate with a wide variety of workstreams and business units. They are growing rapidly, and their small legal team now requires additional lawyers to expand the team.
ROLE :
There are two available positions, both for Legal Counsels. The work will be
fast-paced
and extremely interesting, involving close
collaboration
with assigned business units on cutting-edge, international standard projects.
CANDIDATE :
The organization has very high standards, and key criteria include:
Between 2 and 6 PQE, with strong international-standard law firm training.
A general commercial and corporate skill set would be ideal; however, candidates in other practice areas with a strong
education
and training may also be considered.
Exposure to IP and TMT is highly advantageous.
Thirst and enthusiasm for the tech sector.
A strong emphasis on local experience, especially if familiar with the Abu Dhabi market, will be a significant advantage.
