We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Receptionist/Legal Office Clerk, located in our Middletown office.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication, and strong organizational skills. The candidate will take pride in his or her professionalism, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and self-confident with the ability to work on a team or independently in a highly productive and fast paced environment.
Duties include:
· Front Desk / Receptionist Duties
· Manage conference room schedule
· Set-up, organize and maintain files
· Update and maintain office filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail
· Other overflow duties as assigned by the attorneys and staff
Requirements:
· 1+ years office receptionist/clerk or secretarial experience preferred
· Superior communication skills
· Word processing computer skills
