Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, particularly in areas such as Family Law and Securities Law. This role is essential in supporting attorneys with various tasks, ensuring that our law office operates efficiently and effectively.
Duties
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
Assist in title clearing.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal standards.
Transcribe legal documents and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordinate project management tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Provide administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling clerical duties.
Skills
Excellent organizational skills for maintaining files and documentation.
Ability to transcribe legal documents accurately and efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
