Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Searcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, particularly within the realms of real estate and title processing. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex information while providing excellent customer service. As a Title Searcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title searches, which are essential for real estate transactions.
Training can be provided through our offices. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Candidate to apply for a Title Agent’s License after one year of experience.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough title searches by reviewing public records, legal documents, and property titles to determine ownership and any encumbrances on properties.
Analyze and interpret data from various sources.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from title searches, highlighting any potential issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all research conducted and ensure documentation is properly filed for future reference.
Requirements
Proven experience in research preferred.
Knowledge of and title processing is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all findings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
