We’re hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys and paralegals in a busy real estate law firm. This is not a receptionist or front-desk role — it’s hands-on administrative work involving data entry, document preparation, and transaction tracking throughout the real estate process.
Legal experience is not required, but it is a plus – however, prior office experience and strong computer and typing skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
Enter and update information related to real estate contracts, files, and closings
Draft emails and documents (such as cover letters, contract documents, and closing checklists)
Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and assist in coordinating closings
Help prepare documents for review by attorneys and paralegals
Maintain organized digital files and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
Previous office/administrative experience
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic computer tasks
Clear written communication and ability to follow instructions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Interest in learning about real estate transactions and legal processes
