We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Professional Law Firm Administrator to oversee and optimize all aspects of HR, operations, and office management. This role is critical in driving the firm’s efficiency, growth, and long- term success. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a law firm’s daily operations, human resources, and administrative functions at a high level.
This position requires a self-starter who can quickly take ownership of the firm’s HR and operations without daily direction. The firm is consolidating two existing roles into this position, so the selected candidate must bring the expertise and leadership to transition seamlessly into the role and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Law Firm Operations and Administration: Oversee all aspects of office management, workflow optimization, vendor relations, and process improvement.
Human Resources Management: Handle hiring, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
Financial Oversight: Work with leadership on budgeting, payroll, expense management, and financial reporting.
Strategic Growth & Leadership: Implement best practices to improve productivity and efficiency while driving firm- wide growth initiatives.
Technology and Systems: Ensure seamless integration and management of legal tech tools, case management software, and office systems.
Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain policies and procedures in line with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of proven experience running a law firm’s HR and operations at a high level
Strong background in HR management, office administration, and operations leadership
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the role without constant oversight
Experience scaling law firm operations and improving efficiency
High level of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $195,000 – $205,000 (DOE)
Bonus Structure: Based on firm growth and performance
