As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney with a proven track record of success in criminal court, who embodies our firm’s values and commitment to client advocacy.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have years of experience practicing criminal law and a history of success in handling complex criminal cases. You will represent clients through investigations, in criminal court, manage a caseload, and provide strategic counsel, all while working closely with our team to ensure a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in criminal defense matters, including but not limited to felonies, misdemeanors, and high-profile cases.
Manage a diverse caseload, from case initiation through resolution.
Develop and execute legal strategies in collaboration with clients and other team members.
Research, draft and argue motions
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss firm health, share best practices, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Contribute to the firm’s overall growth and success by actively participating in business development initiatives and supporting marketing efforts.
Maintain standards of excellence in case resolutions, client communication, and relationships within the legal community.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
At least 7+ years of experience practicing criminal law, with a proven history of success in criminal defense.
Strong knowledge of criminal law, including case law and procedural rules.
Ability to manage complex cases and a heavy caseload while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive arguments.
A strong work ethic and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
A collaborative attitude and a willingness to contribute to team success.
