Role Description
• Full time, on-site role based in Spring Hill, FL
• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through post-closing
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, title companies, and attorneys
• Review title commitments, surveys, and assist with title clearance
• Prepare and review closing documents, deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements
• Conduct closings and ensure accurate execution of documents
• Balance, disburse, and reconcile escrow funds
• Record documents and handle post-closing matters
• Assist attorneys with title review, due diligence, and transactional support
• Maintain organized files and compliance with Florida closing requirements
Background
• 2+ years of residential real estate closing experience
• Knowledge of Florida real estate closings, title insurance, escrow administration, and recording requirements
• Experience reviewing title commitments and resolving title issues
• Florida Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain
• Florida Title Agent License required
• Law firm, title company, or real estate practice experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and closing software (i.e. Closer’s Choice)
