Title Clerk/Receptionist Jobs in Springfield, IL at The Auto Connect
Growing company seeks in-house litigation specialists to assist in the tracking and resolution of pending litigation for its clients. The successful candidate will work with our litigation team to resolve common debt collection lawsuits. We are looking for someone that has strong organizational skills and a great attitude. Our current team thrives because they do not need to be micromanaged and all contribute collectively to get the job done.
Duties and responsibilities:
Rep will assign tasks for their assigned law firms and may help other team mates as well.
Will verify several legal docs and move forward with settlement.
Must be empathetic and kind, as this is a very stressful time for the client.
Must be excel savvy as we use excel tools daily.
Must be a team player.
Organization is extremely important in this dept as you will need to keep track of your clients in each stage of the settlement process.
Strong math skills are important as well.

Preferred but not mandatory:
2+ years’ experience as a collection specialist is preferred
Experience in the areas of debt collection, debt settlement or bankruptcy is a plus
Experience in Microsoft excel is a plus
Experience:
Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
Applicants must be in good standing with the company
Salary and Job Type:
$18 an hour
Full time permanent position (9-5:30 pm EST)
