Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team. There is no better time to join a growing team! This position is full time, Monday-Friday with day-time hours.
Pay Rate: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM Monday- Friday

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling all aspects of title functions
Scanning of title documents for each transaction
Apply for duplicate & dealer titles
Assist in the follow up of older deals and out of state transactions
Handle the title work of loaner & wholesale vehicles
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Prior title clerk experience is required
Learns quickly and is very accurate with their work
The correct candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Dealer track/TRIVIN are also a plus
