Position: Title Agency On Site, Operations Manager
Location: Houston Texas

What You’ll Do:
Lead the opening of a new Title Agency in Texas
Build, hire, train, and supervise a high-performing team
Establish a culture rooted in integrity, customer service, and accountability
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve company goals and drive growth
Cultivate strong external relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and community leaders
Play a key role in shaping the company’s vision and direction in the Texas market
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in the title or real estate industry
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for excellence
Strong ability to recruit, train, and develop a talented team
Deep understanding of the Texas real estate market and title industry regulations
A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute with precision
