Contreras Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in client service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.

· Fluent in both English and Spanish.

· Excellent communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor in person and over the phone.

· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.

· Highly motivated and eager to learn.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

· Strong typing skills and overall computer literacy.

Location:

Our office is conveniently located in downtown San Diego, across the street from the Family Law and Civil Courthouse. We offer onsite paid parking for employees.

This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
