Texas Litigation Attorney Jobs in Plano, TX at Miller George & Suggs PLLC
Established law firm seeks associate attorney for family law and domestic relations litigation and, civil litigation.
Candidate should be self-motivated, team-oriented, take initiative and be a problem-solver. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating, and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Experience in Courts in and around the Northern Virginia and Central Virginia Region are preferred.
Salary and or compensation commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Asisst clients in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and with Circuit Court domestic relations and divorce litigation.
Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
Maintain client relationships
Prepare legal reports and documents
Qualifications
Licensed with the Virginia State Bar
Experience with domestic relations and family law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong legal knowledge
Experience throughout the Northern Virginia/Rt.29 Corridor/Piedmont Region
