Dynamic and growing law firm seeking a talented and motivated Environmental Associate to join our team in Boston. The firm offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex environmental, health, and safety matters, with significant exposure to high-profile cases and transactions.
Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Associate, you will work closely with a seasoned environmental partner, providing valuable legal support on a wide range of matters, including:
Compliance Counseling – Advising clients on environmental regulations and policies.
Permitting – Assisting in the permitting processes across various industries.
Remedial Matters – Handling cases related to site clean-up and environmental remediation.
Transactional Work – Providing legal support for mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and related matters.
Regulatory Enforcement – Managing matters related to environmental enforcement actions.
Litigation – Representing clients in environmental litigation matters.
Requirements:
Experience in Environmental law experience.
Strong academic credentials.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across a variety of practice groups.
Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
A proactive, team-oriented approach to legal work.
