This position requires working 35 hours a week, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to extend based on funding availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one legal assistance in tenant cases

• Guide clients through Landlord and Tenant Board processes

• Draft legal communications and educational materials

• Conduct outreach and community education on tenant rights

• Maintain accurate client records and case management

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in legal studies

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act

• Proficiency in English and a second language is required
