Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering legal documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of legal processes and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Serve legal documents, including summonses, complaints, subpoenas, and other court-related papers to individuals as per legal requirements.
Ensure proper documentation of service attempts and maintain accurate records of all served documents.
Conduct necessary research to locate individuals or businesses for service of process.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the serving of legal documents.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100.00 – $1,500.00 per week
Expected hours: 5 – 50 per week
