- Direct Independent Contracting Only: If selected, you will engage directly via a Service Provision Agreement (Contrato de Prestación de Servicios). This is a flexible, project-based, non-subordinated business-to-business or individual commercial relationship.
- NO Third-Party Agencies / NO Intermediaries: In strict alignment with local specialized service regulations, we do not accept profiles or invoices submitted through third-party staffing firms or middleman agencies. Applications from these entities will be automatically declined and deleted.
- Licensing Requirements: Candidates must possess a valid Mexican Professional License (Cédula Profesional Federal) to practice law and be in active good standing.
- Tax & Insurance Compliance: You must be fully registered with the SAT under a tax regime authorized to issue valid fiscal invoices (Facturas/CFDI) for professional services (e.g., RESICO or Régimen de Personas Físicas con Actividades Profesionales) and maintain active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.

- Advise Tech Pioneers: Counsel clients on contract terms, risk exposure, intellectual property protections, and practical negotiation strategies.
- Deliver with Precision: Provide exceptional, highly polished legal work with the efficiency required by fast-scaling companies (expecting a standard 24-hour turnaround on selected deliverables).
What You Bring to the Team
- Education & Credentials: A degree from a top-tier law school and a valid Mexican Cédula Profesional in good standing.
- Experience Baseline: 5+ years of dedicated experience specializing in commercial contracts, corporate law, or technology transactions.
- Elite Background: Proven experience working inside a large, prestigious corporate law firm, or serving as In-House / General Counsel for a major corporation or high-growth tech company.
- Contract Mastery: Exceptional, autonomous capability in drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions, tech agreements, and privacy frameworks.

- Data Privacy & Security: Deep experience drafting DPAs, security exhibits, sub-processor terms, and incident response provisions.
- Global Procurement: Any exposure to cross-border transactions or international public procurement contracts (e.g., familiarity with international framework agreements, tender documentation, or specialized public-sector contracting regimes).
