Criminal Law Attorney Misdemeanor & Felony Cases
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Criminal Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling both misdemeanor and felony cases, possess strong organizational skills, and excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
– Represent clients in criminal cases, including misdemeanors and felonies.
– Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategies.
– Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
– Provide clear and compassionate guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
– Maintain meticulous case files and stay ahead of deadlines.
Qualifications:
– Licensed attorney in Arizona.
– Minimum of 5 years of criminal law experience handling misdemeanors and felonies.
– Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills.
– Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients.
